ADR DIVORCE SETTLEMENT PROCESS BY ~ WCA (WORLD COURT OF ARBITRATION) (14/07/2023)

ADR ~ MEANING ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION .

IAT (INTERNATIONAL APPEALS TRIBUNAL) WILL MAINLY DEAL WITH DIVORCE SETTLEMENT PROCESS.

HOWEVER REGARDING ~ '' OPTION-1 ''~ OF IAT DIVORCE MATTERS WHICH CLIENTS CAN SETTLE THE MATTERS AT THE PRESENCE OF THEIR LAWYERS AND INFORM IAT TO OBTAIN FINAL DIVORCE CERTIFICATE

OR IAT (International Appeals Tribunal)~ CAN REFER TO WCA(World Court Of Arbitration) to help both parties lawyers to finalize this process through ADR DIVORCE SETTLEMENT PROCESS . Once both parties mutually agree regarding legal draft of their lawyer regarding their entitlements after divorce with mutual consent an arbitration clause has to be included in the document based on advice of WCA ARBITRATOR if WCA (World Court Of Arbitration) will review and finalize with ARBITRAL AWARD.

Upon finalization WCA will make an arbitral judgement also known as Arbitral Award.

Lawyers of both parties can submit the copy of arbitral award to IAT and obtain Final Divorce Certificate after the divorce settlement.
